Great News About "How To" Stand Up Paddle

Boardworks Surf Team Rider Anthony Vela demos "how to" do a buoy turn.

Stand up paddle boarding is the fastest growing sport in the outdoor world.  That being said, there are many new paddlers getting on the water all the time who are looking for answers to questions about how to get started and how to have better results with their paddling.  This is why Supconnect is excited to share some great news about learning "How To" SUP.

Over the next few weeks and months Supconnect will be releasing a series of "How To" videos to answer stand up paddle questions that many people have at some point in time.  For example, when first getting started in SUP did you ever wonder "how to" correctly strap a board on the car or "how to" put a fin in the fin box?  What about knowing "how to" get the most out of each paddle stroke and what works best for long distance races versus sprinting?  Another common question is "how to" complete a good buoy turn or "how to" draft and use different cadences.  In SUP surfing, "how to" paddle out over the surf and catch a wave from a stand up position are definitley frequent inquiries.  This is why the new video series will be an awesome collection of much needed information for the industry.

Each video will feature a stand up paddle tip or skill as demonstrated by one or more of the best athletes in the sport.  Paddlers like Anthony Vela, Jim Terrell, Candice Appleby and Allison Riddle (to name just a few) will share their passion and skills to help paddlers everywhere become more advanced and comfortable on the water.  From simple and basic to complex and advanced, paddlers at all levels will be able to gain insight.

So stay tuned, get excited and be prepared for a new fantastic learning tool that will make your standup paddle boarding experiences even better.
