The fourth annual ISA World SUP and Paddleboard Championship (WSUPPC) will take place May 10th to May 17th, 2015 in Sayulita, Mexico. In this fourth edition of the ISA World Championship, the best men and women from around the world will gather in Mexico to determine the Individual Gold Medalists in SUP Racing, Paddleboard Racing, SUP Surfing and the coveted World Team Champion Trophy.

UPDATE: Missing Paddle Boarder Found Safe In Hawaii

Niel Bode, the missing man who did not return after paddle boarding on Wednesday in Waikiki, was found safely in waters about 3.5 nautical miles off Ewa Beach, according to the U.S. Coast Guard. He is reported to be in good condition, officials said.

Why You Need To Try The Chattajack SUP Race

Chattajack is a 31-mile SUP/Kayak race in Chattanooga, Tennessee with the Chattajack course running the length of the Tennessee River gorge. The course twists and turns through a gorge with walls rising on both sides of racers 800+ feet overhead. The 2015 Chattajack taking place on October 24 of this year will host 300 racers, up 100 from 2014.

4th Annual Standup For The Cure Sees Huge Participation

On Saturday May 2nd, Newport Beach residents witnessed the 4th Annual gathering of the Standup for the Cure’s celebration of Life! Once again a crowd of over 1000 came together to raise funds and awareness for early Breast Cancer Detection, research, treatment and education  while enjoying a day of Standup Paddling, Live Music and great food and drink.
