Last week we reported that Glide SUP athlete Shane Perrin would attempt the World Record for longest paddle in 24 hours. After his successful attempt, we had a quick chat with Shane to talk a little bit about his new world record. Read the interview here.

Aside from choosing the obvious winners of the event, we decided to choose Connor Baxter. Throughout the event, Connor was challenging all of us to ask the question of sportsmanship and how important do we think sportsmanship is for the sport. For this, we name him athlete of the week.
