FREDERICKSBURG, Virginia - Stand Up Paddlers are being asked to participate in a SUP survey!

As part of the ACA's (American Canoe Association) role in the paddle and board sport communities, they are routinely asked specific questions about Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). These questions range from venue selection for instruction, to curriculum development, to best practices, to the intricacies of public policy from regulatory agencies and U.S. Senators as it relates to lifejacket and leash wear. Have your voice heard and join in the conversation.

In addition to the various open SUP Summits that the ACA has organized across the country in 2011 and 2012, this survey is the next tool in acquiring a better understanding from all facets of the SUP community as to their opinions. Whether you are a competitive racer, recreational racer, surfer, expedition paddler, whitewater enthusiast or, like so many, just love to get out on your local waterway - they want to hear from you!

Thank you in advance to those who take the time to share their opinions so the SUP community can strive together to make Stand Up Paddleboarding better for all those who give it a try or make it their life's passion!
