ICF Adds World Cups to 2022 SUP Calendar

The International Canoe Federation has reinforced its reputation as a major event organizer for stand up paddling with confirmation it will host three World Cup races in addition to its world championships in 2022.

The International Surfing Association (ISA) is pleased to announce that Puerto Rico has been chosen as host of the 2022 ISA World SUP and Paddleboard Championship, to take place in San Juan in November next year.

Danny Ching and April Zilg sweep the field in the Graveyard Race, as taking an alternative line to the rest of the pack proves triumphant for team USA. Then, for the APP Ocean Sprints, Connor Baxter and April Zilg were crowned Champions after stepping up to the challenge in unprecedented conditions at Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.

Wylde & Puyo Win First ICF SUP World Titles in Distance Racing

American Fiona Wylde led from start to finish and New Caledonia’s Titouan Puyo fought off countryman Noic Garioud to win long distance gold medals in perfect racing conditions at the ICF stand up paddling world championships in Hungary on Friday.
