SUP Yoga is a popular yoga-fitness fusion involving practicing a yoga routine on a paddle board while floating on water. The wind and constant motion of the water only add to the intensity. 1. Record Breaking Participation At Hanohano 2023

This past Saturday, Hanohano Outrigger Canoe Club gathered their Ohana for the 28th annual running of the Hanohano Ocean Challenge. A break in San Diego's rainy winter weather brought over 700 people registered to compete. Read more HERE.
