Punta Ala SUP Race

surf expoSeptember brings the Euro Tour to the Punta Ala SUP Race in Italy! This is a Grand Slam 5 star event. The EuroTour is the biggest stand up paddle tour of its kind. Created in 2015 with the sole aim of unifying events and making them accessible to the athletes with logistics and support. From flat water, to rivers, inner-cities, ocean waves, downwinders, lakes, beaches, islands and seas there's an event for everyone. Backdropped against some of the most iconic scenery in Europe - and beyond..

OluKai Lowcountry Boil Paddle Battle

olukai paddle battleCome see why Hilton Head Island has been voted by Travel and Leisure as the best island destination in America. The race will be held on Skull Creek, which separates Hilton Head Island from Pinckney Island (a national wildlife refuge) and the mainland. Skull Creek is part of the Intracoastal waterway and has a rich history including native Indian oyster shell rings and burning homes during the Revolutionary War. The Lowcountry Boil Paddle Race proceeds will benefit The Outside Foundation.

Portsmouth Paddle Battle

surf expoJoin us on September 9, 2023, from 9:30-4:30, for the 3rd Annual Portsmouth Paddle Battle on the Elizabeth River. As in prior years, participants will compete in SUP and kayak categories depending upon age/experience level. New in 2023, by popular demand we have added a race for tandem kayaks and for canoes. The Race Course will once again be from High Street Basin in Olde Towne to the Hammerhead Crane on the Shipyard and back.

Dam Bridge Challenge

dam bridge challengeThe 5th Annual Dam Bridge Challenge is a series of paddle races which showcase our River and benefits the work of the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper. Spend the morning out on the water getting to know one of the oldest rivers in the world – the mighty Susquehanna River. Choose from four different paddle races of varying lengths on Lake Clarke in the Lower Susquehanna River.

Back of Beyond Race

back of beyond raceTwo days of stand up paddling events through the spectacular red rock canyons of Southeastern Utah and past some of the world's most breathtaking scenery. New this year, the race will include a kayak division. Day 1 is the 6 mile Flatwater Race. Starting at Dewey Bridge and ending at Hittle Bottom boat ramp. Day 2 is the 'StandUp-ShowDown' a whitewater race through Rocky Rapid. Starting 13 miles from Moab on Highway 128. Racers will sprint to navigate buoy turns and navigate this class 2/3 rapid to take the title.

The Paddle Sport Show

the paddle showThe Paddle Sports Show, after two editions organised in Lyon (France), will takes place from Sept 27th through Sept 29th 2023 in Strasbourg France at the border with Germany. The Paddle Sports Show (P2S) draws buyers from specialty stores, purchasing centers, rental stations and outfitters across France, Germany, UK, Europe and around the world.

Great Alabama 650

alabama 650Each autumn, racers have 10 days to complete the original 650-mile core section of the ASRT, which stretches from Weiss Lake in the Northeast corner of Alabama down to Fort Morgan in Mobile Bay. Whether by canoe, kayak, or paddle board, the racers’ skills will be put to the ultimate test along Alabama’s most diverse, beautiful, and challenging waterways. This event is as much a race against each individual’s strength of will as it is a race against other boaters.

101 Surf Sports Winter Race Series Oktoberfest Race #1

101 paddle race seriesThis is a perfect race for first-time racers and elite athletes alike. This race is going to be a massive fundraiser for the residents of Lahaina and Maui that were devastated by the recent wildfires. We will be hosting a gigantic raffle after the awards ceremony, so stick around and don't miss out! Our retail partners have generously donated the most impressive collection of items ranging from SUP boards, paddles, clothing and so much more! To make our fundraiser even more amazing the folks at Olukai Sandals are matching each and every dollar that we raise!
