Attending a standup paddle boarding event is one of the best ways to enjoy the sport. It’s the perfect place to be introduced to the sport as a spectator, it’s a great place to learn and try new products, and it’s also a great way to connect with those who enjoy the sport just as much as you do. Treasure Coast Paddle Battle

hal rosoff classic 1This race features a 10k course, which starts in on the beach, through the Fort Pierce inlet, and around to the beautiful Indian River, before landing on the shores of Jaycee Park. The perfect course to test all your skills. A 5k flat water race will be held inside the Indian River. Perfect for flat water fanatics, speed demons, new comers, and all others! A paddle village will be set up at Jaycee park where other activities, such as kids races, local vendors, food and more.

Sayulita SUP Open

nz tourThe Sayulita SUP Open is back for 2022! The weekend event will provide both SUP surfing and racing right in the heart of beautiful Sayulita, Mexico. The Distance race and fun race will be on Saturday at 8am and at 10am SUP surfing will begin. Sunday will be be SUP surfing starting at 8am, and at 11am the technical race will start.

101 Surf Sports Charity Paddle Race #6

hal rosoff classic 1The 101 Surf Sports Charity Paddle race is back! Racing is capped at 75 participants so sign up early. Racing occurs on the San Rafael Canal wiith a 2 mile protected short course that is perfect for first time racers. Elite athletes can choose our 6 mile course that usually circumnavigates the Marin Islands. The March Rave Benefits Lifehouse. Lifehouse works improve the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities in our community by providing a lifetime of compassionate support in an atmosphere of respect, inspiration, and purpose. 100% of the race proceeds will be donated.

Wild Buffalo Race

nz tourThe Wild Buffalo Relay is an all small craft relay race within the SoCal Ocean Racing winter series. The race includes all small craft divisions with relay teams of 2-4 people (depending on the craft) or select solo divisions. The race runs from Two Harbors, Catalina Island, CA to the Newport Dunes in Newport Beach, CA. This is a 41 mile course. New this Year: A 5 mile course on Saturday for those who do not want to race the relay but still want to come over and be apart of the weekend! This will be an out and back course out of Two Harbors around a buoy.

California River Quest

hal rosoff classic 1This is a two-day race clinic for the California River Quest. Racers may sign up for either day or both. Note: Each day of the clinic is limited to 12 participants total. On the first day of the clinic, we will learn about moving water and rapids - the biggest and most fun challenge of the CRQ (besides the distance, of course). On the second day of the clinic, you practice what you have learned and paddle a long section of either upper portion of the river. Those who have previous moving water experience but did not participate in Day 1 are welcome to join us as well.
