Saturday October 12th, 2013 will be the Island to Island Waterman relay!  It's a 28 mile relay for 14ft. stand up paddleboards, prone paddleboards and outrigger canoes made up of 3 people per team.

The course is brilliant and takes participants from Santa Barbara Island to the Isthmus on Catalina Island!  it is certainly a premier California event and will feature an international field of paddlers at all different levels.

The best part of all is that proceeds from the event go to Cancer Research programs at both the City of Hope and the San Diego Cancer Research Institute.  This Island to Island Paddle is a great way to show support for the fight against cancer.

If you would like to make a donation to the CITY OF HOPE and or to the SAN DIEGO CANCER RESEARCH INSTITUTE, please follow the instructions on this web page: Island to Island Waterman Relay Donations
