Surfing, Standup Paddle Boarding Doctor Teaches People How to Increase Performance and Avoid Injury

After years of successfully applying an approach developed specifically for surfers and standup paddle boarders in his medical practice, Dr. Marc Adams wanted to be able to give more people access to his approach than he could through his practice alone.  The newly released book Surf Longer, SUP Stronger – A New Approach to Advance Your Performance, Avoid Injuries, and Surf and Standup Paddle board for a Lifetime, teaches readers how to surf longer and SUP stronger while avoiding unnecessary neck, back, shoulder and wrist injuries.

FCS SUP’s Zane Schweitzer Finds Success At Home and Abroad

Badfish SUP at the 2015 GoPro Mountain Games

As usual, the Vail Valley Foundation put on a great event this year at the 2015 GoPro Mountain Games and Badfish/Boardworks athletes dominated the SUP events, taking 10 of 15 possible podium spots in the SUP events. Hönscheid and Baxter Take Out A Blazing Lost Mills SUP Race 2015

In a stacked field of 91 elite racers, Connor Baxter and Sonni Hönscheid have won the 2015 Lost Mills International SUP Race, during Week 3 of the Euro SUP Tour. The race lasted 18km on an extremely hot day where endurance and training prior to the race made for a key factor in succeeding during this grueling race.
