The board has almost no rocker so it is very flat on the water. You should be able to move towards the nose and tail of the board with ease as it’s 34in width makes it very stable. Who is this for: The Cocomat Cruise is best suited for paddlers looking to get an beginner-friendly all around board with an eco-friendly angle. Offered in four different sizes (9’8”, 10’2”, 11’, 11’6”) the Cocomat Cruise is nice and stable, allowing for paddlers of all ages and skill levels the chance to have fun. The board utilizes NSP’s Cocomat construction which gives the board a good durability, but it also is an environment-friendly material. The board is also pretty lightweight, weighing just over 20lbs. As an all around board, the Cocomat Cruise is best suited for short distance paddling around the shore but can also be used for catching some waves. About the board:That is just a phenomenal A-Grade board all around. It has incredible construction and feels really solid. It has a dual-chamber build, meaning that you have to inflate the outer chamber and then the inner chamber separately, which for a touring board is excellent because if you’re out and about and you have lots of things loaded on the board and the board starts deflating, the middle chamber will make sure that you’re still floating and so it serves as an excellent safety mechanism. About the board:If you want to ‘feel good’ about the board you own then the Feel Good from SIC Maui is a great choice. The board looks stunning and has a really beautiful coordination of graphics, from the traction pad to the color on the back rails and bottom. It’s a really nice all around board that can also be used for surfing. The board paddles really well and is quite easy to carry using SIC’s signature EZ grab handle. About the board:The Navio is not clearly a flat water board, it’s not clearly a touring board, it’s a combination of both. It comes with the best in class of everything you can think of. It has a beautiful deck, and just beautiful graphics all around. It has a lot of add ons too, so if you want to have your iPad mounted on it, a GoPro, maybe a gps, a fishing pole, a cooler, you name it, you can strap it onto this board. It is highly stable and also tracks really well. It is fairly lightweight for the type of board it is, so phenomenal job by Pau Hana. About the board:The Cocomat Allrounder from NSP is a great board for SUP surf beginners who might also want to try to do some flat water or touring. While the board is dubbed the ‘Allrounder’ it’s definitely more of a surf shape and is a great, beautiful board for someone who is looking to get into SUP surfing. It will definitely work well as an all around board as well as the board is wide and stable. About the board:The Starboard Tikhine has a really nice package with a really nice bag and accessories. It comes with everything you need except for a paddle so take note of that. The board is definitely very creative oriented. The graphics on the deck are a bit blurred though so keep that in mind to check out before-hand.
