As the best stand up paddle racers in the world gather to compete in the 2-day, Columbia Gorge Paddle Challenge, we teamed up two amazing paddlers from different sports to give you Insider Coverage all weekend long.
Werner Paddle's Team rider Fiona Wylde, has either won or found herself on the podium the last three years at this world class course race/downwind race combo. This season she is a threat to take the crown again after a strong season that she's here sitting ranked 3rd in the world. The Waterman League is proud to announce that the downwind race of the legendary Naish Columbia Gorge Paddle Challenge will form part of the 2016 Stand Up World Series as one of its official long distance races to provide the World's best with one of the World's best downwind runs.

The 2015 Naish Columbia Gorge paddle challenge was bigger than ever this year as elite and amateur athletes alike came together to conquer the Gorge. Conditions were harsh over the weekend as the winds weren't as strong as many would have hoped and nearby fires created a lot of smoke in the air causing for a strenuous time for the athletes.
The 5th Annual Naish Columbia Gorge Paddle Challenge scheduled for this weekend August 22-23, 2015 will feature a weekend of exciting Stand Up Paddle Board Racing. This event will draw recreational and professional competitors from around the world including the continental U.S., Hawaii, Canada, and Australia.
At the Naish Columbia Gorge Paddle Challenge Connor Baxter and Annabel Anderson came on top over a stacked field of competitors.
The 4th Annual Naish Columbia Gorge Paddle Challenge scheduled for August 23-24, 2014 will feature a weekend of exciting Stand Up Paddle Board Racing.
