Biggest achievement: Being one the first to start SUP yoga in Brazil and a win at the Battle of the Paddle Brasil, completing a year of dedication - with 5 championships and 5 wins. 

When did you start Stand Up Paddling and SUP Yoga: In 2011 I first tried Stand Up Paddling and SUP Yoga, and began competing in 2012.

Training Grounds: I train at the lake in my city almost everyday! Every month, I go to the beach to train at sea.

Favorite SUP travel destination and why: There have been so many special SUP trips! But the best one was in Caraíva (BAHIA), in Brasil,  where I felt the magic of SUP YOGA! POSITIVE VIBES!

Who is your hero in Stand Up Paddling: Nicoli Pacelli, Champion Stand up paddle surf champion! As I was not born at the beach, the SUP Surfing is incredible for me!

What advice would you give people new to the sport of SUP: If you are praticting SUP at sea, do not go alone! If you have no experience in getting the breaking waves, ask for help. And take time to relax, stretch and meditate - Do SUP Yoga! SUP Forever!
