SUP Surf Contest in Haifa, Israel

HAIFA, Israel – The Focus(tm) Backdoor Pro was held in Bat-Galim Haifa, Israel on Feb 27, 2010.  It was a great event with some fierce competitors who turned out to participate even in some stormy conditions and 3-4 ft waves. The storm didn't prevent the surfers from giving their best to entertain the crowd of hundreds who stopped by during the day to see the event.

Special note: All the under 14 winners are from Dror Stolero Surfing School. Winners of the Men and Juniors received Focus (tm) surfboards. Special thanks to the additional sponsors Billabong, Hurley and also Ofer Mano, who organized the competition. The event was held in memory of surfers Ofer Zehavi, Alon Shimony and Guy Tzoref.
