FlagChanges
Every change of flag, the day it was made and the rule it follows. The flag never changes a rating.
The Rule
A claimed athlete declares their flag within one rule. It must match (1) the federation they represented at an ICF or ISA championship in the last 24 months, if any; otherwise (2) a nation printed on their results; otherwise (3) their declaration with a reason, citizenship or residency. A claimed athlete may change the flag once per calendar year. Unclaimed athletes show the most recent nation printed on their results (each result keeps the nation it printed), until an editor decides. Neutral athletes show as Neutral.
