SAN DIEGO, California - We all love getting a break from the grind of our daily lives. While many of us only get to enjoy the oceans and rivers that surround where we live, some are lucky enough to travel to places far away where the temperatures are perfect and so is the water.
Rob Pirie is one of these lucky few who has been fortunate enough to take a dream SUP trip to the exotic location of Fiji to enjoy all that it has to offer. While on his trip, Rob filmed his most recent installment of SUP-related movies titled, ‘Living the Stoke 2.’ Rob set out on a three-week trip with his family and friends. Even Keahi de Aboitz, the current World Kite Surfing Champion and talented SUP surfer was able to make it on the trip.
"Living The Stoke 2 Fiji,“ My heart and soul has gone into this with over a year to edit and get up on line,” stated Rob. “We set ourselves on the beautiful coral Coast in Fiji and we scored some epic waves at Cloud break on our SUPs and Keahi de Aboitiz scored some epic big barrels on his kite board. The whole family came along on this one to give the movie a warm family feel and great story line. It’s a movie for everyone showcasing great waves and a really relaxed vibe with the Fijian locals.”
