First-Ever Woman Stand Up Paddles Across the English Channel

Lizzie Carr has made history as the first female to stand up paddle board across the English Channel solo. Carr paddled the 24-mile channel for over seven hours and along the way collected water samples for micro plastic analysis for her efforts surrounding #Plastic Patrol.

Adventurers Stand Up Paddle Board Through The Heart Of Sweden In World First

On August 4th, Australian adventure athlete, Tarran Kent-Hume crossed the finish line in Stockholm with his team of 5 Stand Up Paddle Boarders. The adventure is a 700km paddle from Gothenburg to Stockholm via the Gota Canal and Baltic Sea. As well as being a world first it’s one of the toughest SUP events out there.

Blind Adventurer Completes The Argyll Sea Kayak Trail Challenge On A SUP

Dean Dunbar is a Blind adventurer and inspirational public speaker. Two years after being registered blind at the age of 29, Dean did a charity tandem skydive which changed his life. Since then he has notched up over 80 activities around the world, ranging from adventure racing to zorbing, and set almost 20 world firsts in activities ranging from open-water swimming to stand up paddle-boarding. Dean’s latest mission: attempting to paddle the Argyll Sea Kayak Trail.

Two Paddlers Brave The Cold For A SUP Adventure In Norway
