2. Crocodile Clears WA Beach

Heat Score - 80

Last month the first of many sharks was killed during a highly controversial four month period of 'culling' that is currently underway in Western Australia. This course of action was put into play by the state government after eleven fatal attacks in ten years moved them to take drastic action. A few weeks later, a 13 foot predator made its way into the lineup at another WA beach, clearing the water yet again - only this time it was a crocodile. According to reports, it wasn't the first time it's been spotted. The croc stuck around for the afternoon, before pushing off again without a fuss. You've got to love the untamed and wild natural environment Down Under.

1. SUP Fishing With Crocs

Heat Score - 88

After a seemingly endless road trip, which included road blocks, storms and eventually cutting through the back roads of the Yucatan Peninsula, Trapper Rudd found his way to the Atoll of Banca Chinchorro - the largest of its kind in the Northern Hemisphere. It was a pretty far way to go off the grid for a SUP fly fishing trip, but Trapper is an interesting guy who likes a challenge - especially if the juice is worth the squeeze.

Click here to see the video of Trapper sharing lagoons and waterways with some large fresh water crocodiles and a few ghostly nomadic sharks.
