SIC Joins PADDLE IMUA As The Official Board Sponsor

SIC is proud to be the official board sponsor of the 2014 Paddle Imua Event

SAN CLEMENTE, California - SIC Maui is proud to announce it will be the official board sponsor of the 2014 Paddle Imua event held on May 3, 2014. SIC has been a supporter of the Paddle Imua and Ike Imua events for the past several years, but in 2014, SIC has increased its support to become the official board sponsor for the event. Along with the Paddle Imua Maliko race on May 3rd, SIC team and staff will be with SIC Global Team member Andrea Moller April 19th as part of the Ike Imua event at the Hawaiian Canoe Club.

Andrea Moller has been very involved with Paddle Imua and is the organizer of Ike Imua event. “We were very excited to get this opportunity to support this great cause,” said Braly Joy of SIC. “To see how much the kids enjoy the day on the water with Andrea and the SIC team is amazing.”

The Paddle Imua event is an exciting annual fundraising event for Imua Family Services, benefiting Camp Imua. Camp Imua celebrates the lives of special needs children by embracing their connection to the ocean, which defines their sense of place, “Hawai’i nei”.

Maile, Paddle Imua Event Manager and Camp Imua Program Director, was ecstatic to have SIC as the event’s main sponsor saying, “Imua Family Services cannot believe the incredible support received from SIC for the 3 year duration of Paddle Imua.
