Unique Paddle Boarding Tours Now Available In The UAE

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates - A local surf company is taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings the UAE has to offer, by developing a day package where guests are able to explore the coastline of Dibba Aloha Arabia. A division of Dubai based Surf Shop Arabia is expanding its product offering of its usual ‘Surfaris’ (a surfing adventure) around the UAE and to Oman, to now offer up another way for people to enjoy the ocean. Earlier this month, this innovative watersports company took their first group of paddlers to Dibba, where the morning was spent learning how to SUP, followed by paddling around Dibba Rock with some snorkeling around the front side of the island too. To finish it all off, a lunch was provided overlooking the bay, after which the group were transported back in the popular ‘Surf Bus’. Carl de Villiers, founder of Aloha Arabia says, “We’ve seen an incredible response from the community to our Surfing trips that we organize to Sharjah, Ajman and Fujairah, with the Oman Summer Surfari’s being one of our busiest seasons. We’ve always wanted to develop Aloha Arabia to offer a range of board riding sports for people to enjoy here in the region. We’re now very excited to be launching the next board riding trip, this time on a paddle board, to beautiful Dibba.”

SUP Tours are being offered by the company twice a month to start, predominantly on a Friday and/or Saturday which will become more frequent as the trips gain popularity amongst residents and tourists alike. Each trip is fully inclusive and offers customers return transport from Dubai, a SUP lesson (for beginners and first timers), paddle board rental (you can also bring your own), free use of snorkeling gear, snacks and drinks throughout the day and a buffet lunch.
