REDONDO BEACH, California - Mark your calendars and SAVE THE DATE because Beyond The Shore FESTIVAL will take place on October 13, 2013.  There will be a Guinness record attempt to have the largest SUP yoga class as well as a 4 mile SUP race, relay fun race and kids’ race.

The Beyond The Shore event has been organied with the goal of bringing a higher level of awareness to the importance of preserving and saving our oceans on a local level. Event organizers feel that there are many people who enjoy the ocean but so few are willing to take even the smallest step to help protect it. The goal is to reach out to the community and especially the youth in the hope that together everyone will learn to better appreciate the ocean.

Come join the action!  The events will take place at Seaside Lagoon, 200 Portofino Way, Redondo Beach, CA 90277 on October 13, 2013 from 9am to 4pm.  Registration sign ups will be coming soon.  Click here to learn more: Beyond The Shore 10-13-13 Event
